Kinemil's Awl is a unique 
Giant Sword found in Diablo 2 Resurrected.
Kinemil's Awl grants a level 6 Holy Fire aura to a Paladin, which adds fire damage to every attack and burns anything standing near him without being activated. The 6 to 20-40 Fire Damage on the sword itself is separate from that, so the weapon deals fire on two counts, and +100-150 to Attack Rating is what lets a Giant Sword connect often enough for either to matter.
How to upgrade Kinemil's Awl
You can upgrade Kinemil's Awl to a Tusk Sword with the following cube recipe:
1 Ral Rune + 1 Sol Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Kinemil's Awl
When upgrading Kinemil's Awl to a Tusk Sword the level requirement will increase to level 30.
